Keanu Reeves has starred in many successful John Wick movies and he is no stranger to action films. However, his new comic BRZRKR is where he shows up in one of the most brutal characters he ever portrayed.

The debut issue we are talking about is where he depicts a man who can’t die and is being used as a weapon by the government. Throughout the issue, he demonstrates how he’s a one-man army and can dispatch anyone who gets in his way.

By all accounts, this could be as close as we ever get to see the Reeves as Wolverine. In recent years, fans even voiced their support for him to take over the Wolverine mantle.

Reeves said that he’s too old for that kind of role, portraying the almost immortal X-Man who is known for going into his own berserker mode. The berserker mode is when his anger takes over and violence follows.

However, this comic shows how brutal could’ve Reeves interpretation of Wolverine look. This issue of the comic opens up with the protagonist being picked up to resolve a new mission.

He prepares for the battle and reflects on how time is somewhat trivial for a man who is immortal. He slaughters his way into the building and no matter what the group does to take him down, he never loses his speed.

We won’t give out any more spoilers about the comic so we don’t ruin the experience. The comic definitely has the energy and a kind of rage that would make even Logan proud.
